You can do it by either running up the Cheat Engine and going File>Load and doubleclicking the table you want to use, the latest one being recommended. The latest Cheat Table is "Dark Souls 1.32" by a member of the Cheat Engine forums Niran and can be downloaded here: Secondly, you will want to load it. >loading a cheat table and opening the process RAW Paste Data If you were not careful enough to read this paste's title i'm going to remind you just in case that this guide is for using the Cheat Engine for Dark Souls(the PC version, of course). If the address you added turned into 00006F, that means you have accessed the Cracked Red Eye Orbs you hold in your inventory, congratulations! If you have any other issues like the address turning into FFFFFFF for no reason then redo accessing the item. If you're unable to find it at all then simply redo accessing the item. If you get none then scroll down until you find it. If that's your case then just add all of them. The FFFFFFFF you added will not turn into 00006F(with spare zeros in the beggining) There may or may not be multiple red FFFFFFF values and they all may be the Cracked Red Eye Orbs, scattered in different addreses. Double click the address with that value and pick it up in the game.
Now in the table of numbers left from 00006F you entered there will be a red value saying "FFFFFFF", which means that it's dropped and has been changed recently(thanks to you dropping it, of course). What you do now is you drop the Cracked Red Eye Orbs through Start>Browse and use items>Item Menu>Drop, preferably all of them. Basically you will want to refresh that cycle by clicking "New Scan" which will start scanning from scratch. Values you got by searching for them the first time.
